Such a small question yet so many answers to it. Are vampires born are they made? It is simpler then you think. They are born. Now before I explain get all the idea’s from twilight; people can not be turned into vampires by biting or scratching or by drinking another vampire’s blood. So vampire wannabe’s forget it Edward ain’t gonna’ bite u and make u sparkle.
Now, vampires are of human form which surprises a lot of people. But the soul is what makes them vampire. The vampire can be the only soul present in the body or it will share the body with the other soul present. The vampire soul may choose bodies, even before the baby is born, that the own soul is not strong to hold the body.
When the babies are born they don’t sprout fangs and munch a hole in its mother breast no. when the mind of person realises who they are, a vampire. This can be called awakenings or realisation of the true world. As we have come to terms with already in part 1 (read, if u have not already) what happens to vampire depends on the individual. The time of awakenings vary some awaken in childhood usually around 5 but then awakenings can occur through puberty. Which makes more sense to me considering the body itself is going through changes.
During awakenings, the body may experience cravings for blood, a heightening sense of hearing and smell and an improvement of sight. Also some vampires have experienced sensitivity to prolonged exposure to sunlight, resulting in a weakened state. This would result in a feeding session to replenish their energy. I hear u say “what happens if a vampire doesn’t feed?” because the majority of a vampires needs are connected to there own health and well being, no feeding can equal a downfall in health. It is that simple. So the vampire must feed whether its blood or surface energies or even both, when they need to. In extreme cases some have been known to be hospitalised due to weakness of not consuming,
