I render my soul with a touch, love’s wellspring in a caress
Supine entwined sharing the deepest chasm of our embrace
Burning to solidify this moment for an eternity of eternities
For I know a love that burns this brightly cannot elude it’s fate
And time will assault me with urgency ushering in the inevitable
Culminating in our love’s last sweet expression the warm afterglow borne on a kiss
I’ve delayed our parting I hesitate still but decay is the force of my hand
Sleep well my love beneath your blanket of earth and I will strive to love again and again

Shuttered in silence, awaiting the dark
Bypassing the streetlights, I head for the park
Slipping into the soft glove of night
Shadows made darker, contrasted by light
Bringing you into my fatal embrace
You don’t know it yet, but you’ll die in this place
My fangs are swift, more sharp than a knife
I drink in your soul, the blood is the life
